      German scientists checked out chemicals in plastic that disrupt hormone levels and are linked to breast cancer to see if they were leeching into bottled drinking water. They  found 24,520 different chemicals  in the bottled waters they tested! 
     You may know about the DEHF, the most consistent cause of hormone disrupting activity in 18 brands of bottled water. It's in a class of chemicals called EDCs, which interfere with the body’s estrogen and testosterone receptors. Researchers tested their local tap water and found none of this alarming hormone activity.
  We need to drink plenty of water every day– but preferably  not from a plastic bottle! You may want to buy a refillable stainless steel or glass bottle and keep it with you everywhere you go to keep hydrated and healthy, avoiding nasty chemicals, and saving money too!
   But watch where you walk while you're drinking that water!
