Prayer, Interfaith and Spirit
History has witnessed cultures and ages in which prayer is commonplace. Not so in ours!
But we ourselves can change that.
Spirit must have a home.
Prayer and reverence can fill and feed us for the quiet moments.
Without this, is it any wonder that the prayerless are pulled into drugs, materialism and meaningless activity?
Coming in 2012:

Our Shoppe will offer Interfaith Prayer books,
prayer beads, prayer flags and
other items of inspiration.
To become spiritual,

some form of prayer or connection with Spirit is indispensible.
To Whom do we pray? Who or what Spirit is often eludes us, but we can pray to
its attributes, that is the qualities and virtues of beauty that inspire us.
The desire to pray is strengthened through praying and atrophies through disuse.
Regular spiritual practice is essential; supportive community is also vital.
Those of the interfaith persuasion have many forms of worship from which to draw.
