Rest, Sleep and Movement
A Wellness Platform-- Part II
> Rest, Relaxation and Sleep
Rest, Relaxation and Sleep are some of the most important and most neglected components of health.
It seems as the American way to brag about how little sleep one needs. Our exhausted bodies must rely on coffee and other stimulants to keep up the charade. No machine is made to go full tilt non-stop, and the human body was not made that way either.
For me, relaxing and restorative rest sometimes needs an act of God! I have a demanding schedule at times and ask much of myself as well. I need support in to slow down and take needed respite. When I do that, I get much more accomplished and with way less stress! Workaholics Anonymous has some great tools and support for rest and relaxation, including these free documents for download:

Re: Credentials vs. truth-- Its true that I do not have the "credentials" of some who are engaged in certain practices of health, and I have chosen not to seek them as I have all the training I need from vital, truthful sources in the extensive courses I have taken that have wholly demonstrated the fallacy of "cures" and treatments and has led me to be in charge of my own wellness and to help others heal as well.
